The Cancer Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Adolescent and Young Adult Program will host an AYA online yoga class using a video meeting platform. The class will take place on February 17 from 6-7 p.m. for ages 13 and up. The class will be centered around the new year, new beginnings and new ways to take care of you. The class will be chair/seated for the most part with some breath work, asana and guided meditation. Modifications will be offered for all.
